Location Access
Emric requests access to your device location to help identify nearby charging stations, improve navigation, and provide real-time station availability. Location data is used only while the app is in use unless you grant background location access.

- Camera — to scan QR codes on Emric charging stations for session initiation

- Provide EV charging and station discovery services
- Enable seamless charging session initiation via QR or manual entry

WhatsApp Notifications
Emric offers optional WhatsApp notifications for charging updates and service communications. This feature is opt-in only and requires you to link a valid WhatsApp number to your Emric account.

Payment Security
Emric uses trusted third-party payment providers for secure transaction processing. Payment information is encrypted and handled according to industry-standard security practices. We do not store complete card details on our servers.
