What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile — name, email, phone number
- Linked vehicle information
- Saved preferences and notification settings
- Wallet balance and payment methods on file
- Charging session history and energy usage analytics
- WhatsApp opt-in preferences
- Registered and managed charging devices
Data We May Retain
Transaction and billing records are retained for up to 7 years as required under Indian financial and tax regulations. All other retained data is anonymized and cannot identify you personally.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
